Introduction of main equipment
Automatic cell stringer to weld solar cells of 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12 bb into solar cell string automatically in series connection according to the set parameters.
Automatic string laying machine is used for laying the solar cell strings,which is the key procedure of solar module laying-up.
Laminator is used for the encapsulation of solar modules.
Automatic curing line loading manipulator is used for automatically loading and unloading PV module to curing line
Automatic IV tester is mainly used to tests and records solar cell module performance parameters.
Automatic hit-hop tester is mainly used for testing the insulation and voltage resistance of the PV modules.
Automatic EL tester with visual inspection is used for pre-laminated and post-laminated PV module tests.
Automatic laser scribing machine is used for cutting the PV cells.
